About the position

The Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) position at Diagnostic Image Plus involves performing x-ray imaging services in outpatient settings. The role requires treating patients with respect, communicating effectively with staff, and cross-training in billing and medical office tasks. The position is part-time, with a focus on providing diagnostic imaging for various body parts, including chest, skull, extremities, and more, primarily in Dallas and Mesquite locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all x-ray aspects of the human body including Chest, Skull, Extremities, Podiatric, Spine, and Peds.
• Treat patients in a respectful manner.
• Communicate with staff and cross-train with billing and medical office.
• Alternate between outpatient sites in Mesquite and Dallas as needed.
• Handle both walk-in and scheduled patients.
• Familiarity with both CR and DR equipment.

Requirements

• Licensed with LMRT must be up to date.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience in x-ray preferred.
