About the position

The LMS Data Quality Analyst position is focused on ensuring the integrity and quality of data within the Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves utilizing various data analytics tools and programming languages to manage workflows, anticipate data issues, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Utilize SQL, R, Python, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Create and understand workflows within the LMS.
• Anticipate and resolve data issues proactively before they arise.
• Communicate data systems and findings to non-technical teams effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 6 years of experience with SQL.
• 5 years of experience with Python.
• 5 years of experience with data analytics toolsets.
• 5 years of experience with LMS and SQL integration.
• Certification in Learning Management System (LMS) is required.
