About the position

Join our Learning and Development team as an LMS Associate Manager and be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and impactful learning and development delivery. As a LMS Associate Manager, you'll play an indispensable role, armed with a unique hybrid skill set that spans IT and instructional design. Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure course materials, develop certifications, and create insightful reports to monitor and improve learning outcomes.
  • Address and resolve any technical glitches or obstacles that may arise within the LMS to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Play a significant role in designing and tailoring learning paths and curricula that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
  • Set up eLearning elements, crafting learning paths, and managing user permissions in the LMS.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies, learning management systems, and enhancements within the LMS to keep it state-of-the-art and user-friendly.
  • Ensure new technologies are incorporated into the LMS effortlessly, enhancing its functionality without disrupting the user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to generate collective and comprehensive reports on user data, and course completion to aid visibility into results.
  • Partner with content designers by offering valuable suggestions to enhance course discoverability or improve navigation, pinpointing areas for improvement, and suggesting modifications to optimize the system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or certification in education, IT, instructional design, or talent development.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as an LMS administrator/coordinator or manager required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in system user needs analysis, system maintenance, data entry, and reporting.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or a certificate in project management preferred.
  • Experience with Schoox is highly preferred.
  • Experience in implementing an LMS is required.
