DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to manage the HR systems our employees rely on. The LMS/HR Systems Administrator is responsible for the effective implementation, administration, and maintenance of the company's learning management system, the performance review system, and the employee engagement platform. This includes overseeing the technical aspects of the systems, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the platform(s) meets their needs. In this role, you will ensure seamless system functionality, maintain accurate records, support users, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance the employee experience.
