About the position

The Implementations Manager at Live Nation Entertainment will be a key member of the Venue Nation IT team, responsible for managing the evaluation and deployment of Point of Sale and Digital Signage systems across Live Nation venues. This role involves establishing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that enhance the live entertainment experience for venues, artists, and fans. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of coordinating efforts with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with senior level internal and external partners.
  • Manage the evaluation and deployment of Point of Sale and Digital Signage systems.
  • Thoroughly understand Venue environments and Operations through strategic site visits.
  • Help align broad engagements into appropriate, actionable work streams.
  • Schedule regular cadence meetings to gather application and project requirements, provide updates, and establish a responsibility matrix for follow-up items.
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure and report on the health and operational stability of the infrastructure services.
  • Monitor implementation progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience in a customer driven support role for an organization similar to our size.
  • Experience in deploying, working with and/or supporting Point of Sale systems.
  • General understanding of network topology and components.
  • Understanding in reading floorplans and technical drawings preferred.
  • Ability to exercise sound and mature judgment in complex, high pressure situations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Digital Signage systems and technologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Zendesk ticketing platform including navigation and reporting preferred.
