About the position
Hanover Hill Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our nursing team. This role offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and 12-hour shifts, making it ideal for individuals balancing work, school, and personal commitments. The LNA will provide essential nursing care to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while adhering to facility policies and procedures. A sign-on bonus of up to $3000 is available for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients and residents in a manner conducive to safety and comfort.
- Provide assistance with fundamental skills, including daily dressing and hygiene routines, meal assistance, mobility, and functional nursing care.
- Obtain and record clinical data such as vital signs, heights, and weights.
- Conduct point of care testing, including bladder scans, glucose monitoring, and oxygen therapy.
- Use standard precautions when caring for all patients and adhere to Contact and/or Droplet Precautions as directed.
- Participate in the education of quality measures and work daily to achieve desired results for each individual patient.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered LNA license in the State of NH.
- CPR Certification.
- BLS Certification.
- Entry-level nursing experience.
