About the position

The position operates on a rotating shift schedule, encompassing both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist personnel with loading activities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine tasks as assigned according to specific procedures.
- Communicate with the supervisor to ensure maximum performance as outlined by targeted goals.
- Follow all established plant and company policies and procedures, including emergency procedures.
- Be observant of operating process equipment and maintenance needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of rigging and components of rigging.
- Familiarity with Turner Industries monthly/quarterly color codes.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to comply with company and client job site safety requirements.
- Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
