About the position

As a Manager in the Loan Accounting Systems - AFS Vision team at PwC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and transforming the digital experiences of our clients in the financial services sector. This position focuses on leveraging technology systems to improve applications for traditional and mobile devices, ensuring that our clients can effectively manage their operations in areas such as insurance, asset management, and banking. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution, utilizing your expertise to guide clients through the intricacies of commercial lending and loan accounting systems. In this role, you will be expected to develop new skills and step outside your comfort zone, actively resolving issues that may hinder team effectiveness. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you assess complex ideas and proposals, building meaningful recommendations based on a variety of information sources, including stakeholder views. Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, particularly in commercial lending.
• Extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success servicing commercial loan organizations through transformation efforts.
• Experience providing consulting services to clients in the Commercial Lending industry, including banks and financial institutions.
• AFS Vision implementation and workflow configuration experience.
• Functional and technical experience working with AFS Vision and Vision Data Extract (VDE).
• Loan accounting system implementation experience.
• Commercial loan operations and servicing experience.
• Syndication/Agency service experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead project teams.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work autonomously with little direction.
• Awareness of the business development process and ability to develop client relationships.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of data processing, analytics, and risk management.
