About the position

The Loan Administrator position at TEKsystems involves processing payment applications, managing loan documentation, and supporting the Loan Accounting team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate loan servicing and administration, including the review and resolution of discrepancies in loan data. The position is hybrid, based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and is temporary in nature.

Responsibilities

  • Process payment application, funds disbursement, and rate setting transactions in the system.
  • Book new borrowers, credit facilities, loans, letters of credit, and fees in loan administration systems.
  • Complete ongoing customer, credit facility, and loan level maintenance.
  • Review, document, and resolve items appearing on reconciliations and control reports timely and accurately.
  • Support non-processing tasks, initiatives, and projects.
  • Read and interpret credit agreements as they relate to loan servicing and administration.
  • Work in the Loan Accounting team supporting payments interests.
  • Review notices, interest rates, interest payments, principal and interest, and paid to bundles.
  • Review beginning balances and flag any items that are incorrect.
  • Verify loan data and highlight what is authorized and release to workflow.
  • Assist with other departments in loan admin during different busy periods of the month.
  • Manage the shared closing mailbox and bulk filing of documents.
  • Coordinate signature pages.

Requirements

  • 2 years of loan documentation experience or equivalent degree.
  • Commercial lending experience.
