About the position

The Loan Booking Manager is responsible for overseeing critical servicing operations processes related to loan administration and servicing activities. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows, managing team performance, and supporting strategic initiatives within the lending operations, which include mortgages, consumer lending, leasing, and commercial lending products. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day delivery of critical servicing operations processes including loan administration and servicing activities.
• Support the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, and administrative activities within relevant service level agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote efficient processes and establish positive working relationships across the organization.
• Foster a culture aligned to company purpose, values, and strategy, role modeling company values and behaviors.
• Build interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups to create value for all stakeholders.
• Attract, retain, and enable the career development of top talent, improving team performance and managing poor performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group, recommending and implementing solutions based on analysis of issues.
• Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
• Communicate with internal business partners and external customers to respond to inquiries and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
• Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues that arise.
• Lead or participate in change management activities, including planning and stakeholder management.
• Develop and manage a business/group program, reviewing for effectiveness and recommending enhancements.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in lending operations.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to relocate to Naperville, IL before starting work.
