About the position

As a Loan Coordinator at Veterans United Home Loans, you will manage the loan process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for borrowers. This role emphasizes a culture of care, passion, and integrity while delivering results. You will be responsible for organizing loan information, reviewing documentation, and facilitating communication among all parties involved in the loan process.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with Borrowers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and other involved parties, responding promptly to inquiries and requests via phone, email, and/or IM.
  • Manage a pipeline of loans from application to funding within required turn times and quality standards, ensuring each loan is handled with care and precision.
  • Request, receive, review, and organize all necessary items to complete loan approval, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation, establishing conditions within company and industry guidelines, assessing fees, and maintaining ownership of file quality.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your role and ensure a comprehensive understanding of company guidelines and loan programs.
  • Actively contribute to strengthening the team and company culture by assisting with other duties as needed, fostering a cooperative and supportive environment.
