About the position

The Loan Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely loan closings within a contract position at Adecco. This role involves reviewing and processing loan documentation, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position is based in Waltham, MA, and offers competitive compensation over a 2-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Perform due diligence on loan files, including verifying financial information and collateral.
• Collaborate with credit partners to finalize loan closings.
• Prepare and review legal loan documentation using bank templates and documentation tools.
• Work closely with underwriting, legal, and risk teams to address complex loan closing conditions.
• Analyze large commercial loan documentation from outside counsel to ensure adherence to bank standards.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders.
• Meet monthly productivity, quality, and timeliness metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience in loan documentation or a related field.
• Understanding of financial covenant principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of HotDocs is a plus.
• Experience as a paralegal is a preferred asset.
