About the position

The LoanIQ Business Analyst position is a contract role focused on analyzing and improving the LoanIQ system used for managing loans. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide solutions to enhance system functionality. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite in Irving, TX, and two days remote work each week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for the LoanIQ system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in loan management processes.
• Provide support during the implementation of new features and enhancements in LoanIQ.
• Conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of loan data.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and requirements from users.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of LoanIQ or similar loan management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
