About the position

The Loan IQ Sr Developer position at HR PUNDITS Inc. involves working extensively on Finastra's LoanIQ implementations, product upgrades, and migrations. The role requires strong technical skills in software development, particularly in the LoanIQ platform, and the ability to manage a team while executing migration projects. This is a remote, full-time position focused on delivering customized staffing solutions in the IT consulting space.

Responsibilities

• Perform development on the LoanIQ platform for strategic initiatives and user-requested enhancements.
• Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders to iterate the development lifecycle.
• Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
• Apply thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Finastra - LoanIQ implementations, product upgrades, and migrations.
• Strong experience in migration project model and execution framework.
• Working knowledge of LoanIQ data model and components.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for efficient data extraction.
• Expertise in Core JAVA, REST Services, Spring Boot, and writing SQLs.
• Experience managing a team of at least 5+ on development or migration projects.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of accounting, accruals, and payments.
• Knowledge of LoanIQ scripted APIs, LoanIQ Batch framework, and Remote Ops.
• Familiarity with RHEL, Windows, or any operating system.
• Experience with Event Manager configuration and setup.
• Hands-on software development experience or DevOps experience with Client/Server, Multi-tier, and Web-based applications.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, Tibco, or IBM MQ.
