Responsibilities

• Serve as a consumer and home equity loan processor and officer.
• Open new accounts and provide general member service.
• Perform application processing and underwriting.
• Communicate effectively with members and applicants.
• Strive to meet sales goals while prioritizing member interests.
• Cultivate strong relationships with members and offer tailored products and services.
• Assist team members as needed and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience with lending, new accounts, or a combination of both.
• Loan processing and underwriting experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Credit Union or financial institution.
• Understanding of financial regulations.
• Ability to review and evaluate credit reports.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including effective listening, speaking, and writing.
• Proficiency with computer programs and software, such as MS Office.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
