Responsibilities

• Pre-process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
• Analyze financial information to determine the creditworthiness of loan applicants.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with clientele, underwriters, and loan processors to ensure timely processing and closing of loans.
• Help contact current, active, and repeat clientele to identify new real estate opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Performance Mentor.

Requirements

• No license required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in the financial industry, preferably in lending or real estate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Detail-oriented and a fast-paced thinker.
• High call activity and follow-up between inbound lead traffic.
• Being a driven person is a must.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Fair Housing regulations (1 year preferred).
• Experience with loan origination (1 year required).
• Experience in sales (1 year required).
