The Mortgage Loan Officer position is an entry-level role designed for recent college graduates looking to start their careers in the mortgage industry. Responsibilities
- Handle organic daily inbound mortgage leads
- Develop a solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Utilize computers and banking applications/software effectively
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively in verbal, written, and interpersonal contexts
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in email and other computer applications
