Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.
• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs.
• Exceed production standards by maintaining an active pipeline.
• Work closely with industry-related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements.
• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required.
• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License.
• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional decision-making ability.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred.
