About the position

In the position of Loan Officer at CMG Financial, the individual will be responsible for utilizing CMG's comprehensive suite of mortgage solutions to deliver valuable mortgage options to our customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients receive tailored mortgage solutions that meet their specific needs, whether they are new or existing clients. The Loan Officer will engage with clients across the country, providing expert guidance and support throughout the mortgage process. The Loan Officer will be tasked with evaluating and selling mortgage solutions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements from the initial phone solicitation through to application and funding. This includes gathering and analyzing customer documentation to ensure that all submissions adhere to CMG's underwriting guidelines and procedures. The role requires meeting established performance standards related to activity levels, lead conversion rates, and funding targets. Collaboration with various corporate departments is essential to provide best-in-class service to all of CMG's customers, whether they are involved in purchase or refinance transactions. The Loan Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining strong compliance results and delivering exceptional customer service, which is a cornerstone of CMG Financial's mission.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and sell valuable mortgage solutions to both new and existing clients across the country.
• Maintain strong compliance results across all areas from phone solicitation through application and funding.
• Gather and analyze customer documentation for loan submission in accordance with CMG's underwriting guidelines and procedures.
• Meet all required minimum performance standards as it pertains to activity, lead conversion, and fundings.
• Work with various corporate departments to provide best-in-class service to all of CMG's customers for both purchase and refinance transactions.

Requirements

• Active Mortgage Loan Officer License via the NMLS
• Exceptional phone sales and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in a Direct-to-Consumer mortgage sales model.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain competitive and coachable attitude.
