About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable producing Senior Loan Officer to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. This role involves guiding exclusive clients through the loan process, leveraging extensive realtor partnerships, and utilizing advanced technology to ensure quick approvals and closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending and a proven track record of production.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze clients' financial information quickly using state-of-the-art technology and platforms.
• Facilitate timely loan closings by collaborating with internal teams such as escrow and sales.
• Utilize an extensive product base covering all areas from FNMA to Non-QM, construction, and reverse mortgages.
• Build and enhance your brand with support from our expert marketing team to grow your business by 25-30%.
• Maintain existing client relationships while adding new clients from provided realtor partnerships.

Requirements

• MLO License (NMLS - California) is required or the ability to be approved ASAP.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage lending.
• Extensive prior mortgage lending experience with realtors.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Encompass and Optimal Blue software.
• Ability to produce at least $12-15 million per year in loans.
