As a Loan Officer at PRMG, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of residential mortgage financing. In this position, you will develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs through a comprehensive range of products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of business by using your judgment and discretion effectively. Communication is key in this role, as you will act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments to ensure cohesive business operations. Your responsibilities will include verifying, compiling, and inputting application information for mortgage loans, as well as discussing and advising clients on their home loan options. You will review residential loan application files to ensure that all data is complete and meets established standards, including verifying borrower assets, liabilities, and employment length. Additionally, you will inform your supervisor of any discrepancies in title or survey and perform other related duties as assigned. This role requires a current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing, and you will need to have applicable state licensing to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
  • Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
  • Reviews residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage applied for, including but not limited to borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.
  • Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have applicable state licensing.
  • Two to five years' experience are preferred.
  • Must meet one of the following options: actively funding more than 2 loans/month, Xinnix Training completion for Loan Origination, or have an origination mentor assigned to new Loan Officer by branch who funds more than 2 loans/month.
