About the position

The Loan Officer position at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping clients navigate the mortgage financing process. This role emphasizes the importance of organization, communication, and customer service, ensuring that clients receive tailored mortgage solutions. The Loan Officer will work primarily outside of the office, engaging directly with clients to discuss their home loan options and manage the application process effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies to satisfy customer needs through a full array of products and services.
• Ensures uninterrupted flow of business using judgment and discretion.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers and customers, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discusses and advises clients on their home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application files to ensure completeness and compliance with standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years' experience preferred.
• Must actively fund more than 2 loans/month, complete Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or have an Origination mentor assigned who funds more than 2 loans/month.
