About the position

As a Loan Originator, you'll be a key player in guiding clients through the mortgage process. You'll proactively market our diverse loan products, build lasting relationships, and consistently exceed production goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the mortgage journey: From application to closing, you'll provide expert advice and support.
• Achieve and surpass production targets: Drive loan volume and quality through strategic planning and execution.
• Collaborate with a winning team: Partner with branch and corporate colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies: Increase visibility and generate leads through innovative marketing campaigns.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Fairway products, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Prioritize client satisfaction: Respond promptly to inquiries, provide exceptional service, and build long-term relationships.
• Leverage your network: Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other industry contacts.
• Contribute to the community: Actively participate in local events and professional organizations.

Requirements

• Proven success in mortgage sales: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, effectively communicate complex information, and provide outstanding customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and regulations: Familiarity with various loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
