The Loan Operations Coordinator at F.N.B. Corp. plays a crucial role in the loan operations team, primarily responsible for assisting branches in analyzing, evaluating, documenting, and closing loan requests generated through the branches. This position is essential for ensuring that customer service goals are met as outlined in the loan operations annual operating plan. The incumbent will comply with established operating policies and procedures, communicate effectively with appropriate personnel, respond to inquiries or requests for information, maintain accurate records, and provide assigned reports. As the subject matter expert, the Loan Operations Coordinator will be pivotal in guiding the team and ensuring that all loan operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, the Loan Operations Coordinator will serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned team, responsible for assigning daily functions to Loan Representatives and facilitating daily workflow to ensure that deadlines are met. The coordinator will provide support to co-workers in all areas related to questions and processing issues, as well as support management in various capacities. Additionally, the coordinator will assist branch managers and commercial lending teams by analyzing, evaluating, documenting, and closing their loan requests. This includes discussing loan inquiries, loan documentation, and processing issues, providing direction and solutions to any challenges that arise. Customer service is a key component of this position, as the Loan Operations Coordinator will provide assistance to customers regarding loan products and services, addressing specific inquiries or service problems. The coordinator will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate records of production volumes and providing reports to management on a monthly basis or as requested. The role may also involve performing other related duties and projects as assigned, with an emphasis on risk management and compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to use general office equipment and personal computers.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of banking operating policies and procedures that impact banking services.
