About The Position
The Loan Operations Specialist (Collateral Tracking) performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing that may include scanning and filing documents, reviews and verifies loan documentation and lien documents, and releases collateral. Other responsibilities include perfecting liens and processing lien releases, maintaining loan files and records, verifying and correcting document images, preparing various reports, reviewing documents and reports for completeness and accuracy, providing a high level of customer service for internal and external customers, and performing critical loan servicing procedures. This position requires work on physical bank premises.
