About the position

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to meet their financial needs. You will assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and product offerings, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. You will also educate members about our products and services, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial options. Additionally, you will handle member complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the credit union's reputation for outstanding service. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration, as you will work closely with other team members to achieve branch goals. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry. Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with banking software or systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
