About the position

This position inputs and verifies critical maintenance activity as well as loan disbursement of funds. Also, processes and files federal, state and local required filings and other financial reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years in accounting, finance or related field
  • Working understanding and application of accounting policies, procedures and practices.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Skill to interact effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive and confidential environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Working organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
