About The Position

Our goal is to provide affordable home financing for our customers, utilizing the best terms available while providing a level of professionalism and service unsurpassed in the lending industry. The position involves processing residential mortgage loans, achieving production and quality metrics, and acting as a liaison between loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and funding. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing loan files for completeness and compliance, monitoring loan processing cycle times, and resolving issues that may delay loan closings.
