About the position
Optimum First Mortgage is seeking an experienced mortgage loan processor to join our team in a relaxed and friendly work environment. As a non-delegated direct lender with over 10 years in the business, we pride ourselves on our supportive atmosphere where employees can thrive without the pressure of a strict dress code. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of 40 loans and successfully funding over 30 loans each month. Our processors work collaboratively with a co-processor to gather necessary conditions, allowing you to focus solely on the processing aspect of the loans. This role is perfect for someone who is a strong communicator and has prior experience processing loans, particularly with United Wholesale. We offer competitive pay, with seasoned processors currently earning between $5,000 and $9,000 monthly, depending on their performance. This position requires in-office work, and we provide paid medical benefits after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of 40 loans and fund 30+ loans per month.
- Collaborate with a co-processor to collect necessary conditions for loan processing.
- Focus on processing loans without the need to call customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage loans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience processing loans with United Wholesale is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loans.
