About the position

The Loan Processor - Support role at Robert Half involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer credit applications with efficiency and precision.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Utilize various loan processing software such as Automated Underwriting System, Calyx, Calyx Point, and CRM for efficient data processing.
  • Develop and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Utilize strong math and analytical skills to ensure accurate loan processing.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System
  • Experience with Calyx and Calyx Point software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong skills in data processing
  • Knowledge of the software 'About Time'
  • Understanding of appraisal processes and closing processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations
  • Experience in handling approved loans, auto loans, and construction loans
  • Knowledge of various types of loans such as construction-to-permanent loan, consumer loans, conventional loans, etc.
  • Familiarity with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP)
  • Experience with equity loans, FHA loans, government loans, and home equity loans
  • Knowledge of installment loan processes and interlibrary loan procedures
  • Familiarity with jumbo loans, leveraged loans, and loan administration processes
  • Experience as a licensed loan officer and knowledge of loan agreements
  • Proficiency in loan origination and understanding of various loan products
  • Familiarity with loan program, loan renewal processes, and loan review processes
  • Experience in loan servicing, loan structure, and loan underwriting
  • Knowledge of Loan Vision software and loan work-out procedures
  • Familiarity with different types of loans like asset-based loans, commercial loans, consumer loans, etc.
  • Experience in mortgage loan origination and mortgage loan underwriting
  • Knowledge of non-performing loans, payday loans, and purchase loans
  • Familiarity with SBA 7(a) Loan, student loans, syndicated loans, and unsecured loans.
