About The Position
Backflip is a venture-backed FinTech company that empowers anyone to improve their life and their neighborhood through real estate investing. We are seeking a Loan Processor to execute the lending process from term sheet through final review completion. This position is remote (U.S.) and offers a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing startup with a great culture, working directly with senior leaders in a well-capitalized team of around 100 people. As an early addition to this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring Backflip has a best-in-class processing operation that is borrower-friendly, detail-oriented, operationally efficient, organized, and designed to scale.
