About The Position

The position involves processing residential mortgage loans, achieving production and quality metrics, and acting as a liaison between loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and funding. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing loan files, ensuring compliance with underwriting and investor guidelines, and monitoring the loan processing cycle to ensure timely closures.
