About the position

The Loan Products Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational functions of FIS Bank controls, ensuring efficient operations across various banking departments. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to maintain and enhance banking services, while also driving system upgrades and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational functions of FIS Bank controls.
• Provide guidance and support to various departments including Community Banking, Commercial Banking, and Compliance.
• Propose solutions based on business needs from an FIS core system standpoint.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Seacoast's loan products and services.
• Drive requirements for FIS systems upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor and test existing products for compliance.
• Develop and validate business and technical requirements and process flows.
• Ensure loan products align with the Bank's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for FIS loan product controls.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute strategic requests.
• Create and maintain general ledger interfaces for loan products.
• Review FIS bulletins for system updates and regulatory items.
• Support Data Governance Office activities and data quality dataflows for loans.
• Cross-train with the Deposit Products Operations Manager for backup support.
• Adhere to deadlines for product deployment within required SLAs.
• Use analytical skills to solve problems related to bank controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Banking Operations experience or a combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management and core banking platform.
• 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience required.
• 3+ years of experience working with FIS IBS InSight and related third-party vendors.
• Proven accuracy and thoroughness in work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma required.
