About the position

The Loan Products Servicing Career Training Program at Year Up United is an intensive job training initiative designed for young adults aged 18-29. This program combines technical and professional skill development with access to internships and job placement services, providing participants with personalized coaching and mentorship. Graduates of the program are equipped with essential business skills and have the opportunity to intern with leading organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.
• Engage in internships with partner organizations such as Bank of America, Capital One, and JPMorgan Chase.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Develop professional business and communication skills.
• Build resumes and practice interviewing and networking skills.

Requirements

• Must be 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
