As a Loan Review Officer II, you will be responsible for conducting loan review analysis of a specific segment of loans (i.e. CRE, C&I, Specialized, Retail) in the bank's portfolio under direct supervision from Senior Loan Review officers. You will evaluate compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies, assess the condition and quality of individual credits based on financial, collateral, and documentation analysis, and quantify metrics such as debt service capacity, leverage, liquidity, collateral coverage, and guarantor support. Additionally, you will determine the appropriate risk rating for borrowers according to current Lending Policy and regulatory guidance, and promptly identify and report identified issues to senior Loan Review Officers. In this role, you will conduct loan review analysis of loans in the bank's various portfolios. Your responsibilities will include evaluating compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies, assessing the condition and quality of individual credits based on financial, collateral, and documentation analysis, and determining the appropriate risk rating on accounts according to current Lending Policy. You will also participate in special projects and targeted risk assessments as directed by department management, interact with lending officers, credit administration, loan servicing, and other bank employees in the process of performing risk assessment due diligence, and under the direction of a senior Loan Review officer, participate in discussions with affiliate management regarding loan grading and conclusions regarding credit underwriting, approval, and administration. You will work to develop and maintain functional partnerships with colleagues in the line of business to ensure effective loan grading communications.
