This position is responsible for providing outstanding support to the Loan Servicing Department regarding insurance for residential and consumer loans, ensuring compliance with specific instructions, policies, guidelines, and procedures. The Specialist will ensure timely updates of insurance information and track expired insurance, manage force placement, and monitor all residential and consumer loans.
