Responsibilities

• Support Loan Servicing operations
• Proactively seek ways to improve processes
• Perform moderately complex transactional support tasks
• Create reports in MS Excel
• Check to ensure exceptions are cleared
• Review Checks and ACH to avoid downstream issues
• Conduct research on wholesale commercial loan documentation
• Key transactions to correct systems of record

Requirements

• 1+ years of Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent
• Research Skills
• User level experience with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

Nice-to-haves

• Loan Documentation experience
• Experience with Commercial Loans
• Finance/Banking operations experience
