About the position

The Loan Servicing Specialist at Dart Bank is a full-time role focused on supporting the loan servicing department by handling a variety of tasks that may change daily. The position involves responding to inquiries, monitoring escrow accounts, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external operation requests via email and phone, including early phases of delinquency.
• Handle customer, investor, or other third-party inquiries through research and documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze various escrow accounts including PMI, taxes, and hazard insurance.
• Board and/or review new loan set-up for Consumer, Mortgage, and Home Equity Loans.
• Calculate and prepare payoff statements, verifications, and discharges.
• Perform a variety of other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements

• Two to five years previous mortgage servicing or loan operations experience required, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• Experience with ICE (MSP) preferred.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and understand loan documents.
• Proficient computer and Excel skills.
