- Use strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all operations
- Work independently with minimal supervision and interact effectively with various internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Proven experience in Loan Servicing within a Mortgage Company industry setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with corporate paralegal duties, demonstrating strong legal acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
