Responsibilities
- Assist clients in completing file setup, disclosure, and gathering necessary credit documentation.
- Provide support throughout the mortgage origination process, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the origination processes to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage lending is preferred.
- Familiarity with mortgage lending guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for loan processing and documentation management.
