As a Loan Specialist at Bluegreen Vacations, you will engage directly with guests to facilitate their travel experiences by preparing and reviewing contracts. Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts for new customers and owner upgrades.
- Meet face to face with clients to review paperwork.
- Ensure all contracts are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Make the contract process enjoyable for clients.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze information accurately.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a loan processor, contracts processor, closing agent, title agent, bank teller, or in sales and customer service.
