In addition to due diligence, the Loan Syndications Officer will coordinate the due diligence process for potential counterparties, ensuring that all aspects are covered and that the information is accurate and comprehensive. Monitoring processes throughout the transaction cycle is crucial, as the officer will help to optimize these processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Risk management is another key responsibility, where the officer will manage and report on risks associated with loan syndications, ensuring that all activities adhere to internal control policies and regulatory requirements. Maintaining detailed records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is essential for tracking interactions and transactions. The officer will also facilitate individual loan sale transactions, acting as a liaison between clients and the company. This role requires a proactive approach to research and answering client questions, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and trust in Builder Finance Inc.

Responsibilities

Requirements
