About the position

The Loaner/Returns Inspector is responsible for inspecting loaner sets to ensure completeness and adherence to inspection procedures. This role involves verifying the integrity of loaner sets, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation while complying with safety and quality standards. The position is crucial in ensuring that all loaner and return processes are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect loaner sets for completeness and adherence to inspection procedures.
• Verify that loaner sets are complete with no missing or broken parts.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Receive, clean, inspect, decontaminate, enter, and reprocess returns and loaners.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Track and document all deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation per departmental procedures.
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Adhere to company Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations by completing training and maintaining knowledge of compliance.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry skills with knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow and comply with safety and quality procedures.
