About the position

As a Lobby Ambassador at Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of clients in various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to assist tenants and guests, facilitating a positive experience during their entry and exit from the building while adhering to site-specific security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
  • Operate the Access Control system to verify guest registration and check identification.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, tenants, and guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Lobby Ambassador or in a similar role.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or security roles in commercial real estate, healthcare, or government sectors.
