The Lobby Concierge position at Allied Universal® involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of clients in various industries. This part-time role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while representing the company brand in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
- Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to the campus.
- Utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) for a smooth check-in process.
- Engage actively with each individual to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Guard Card certification or ability to obtain one upon employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate office setting.
