As a Brand Ambassador for Food Sampling, you will play a crucial role in promoting products and engaging with consumers in a lively and interactive manner. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing and enthusiastic about connecting with people. Your primary responsibility will be to represent leading brands by sharing samples and providing valuable information to shoppers. You will be part of a dynamic team that has been connecting with customers on behalf of top brands for over 30 years, ensuring that consumers have a positive experience with the products being showcased. The role requires you to be available primarily on weekends, with shifts scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM, and occasional shifts on Thursdays and Fridays from 1 PM to 7 PM. Training will be provided before your first day in the field, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the expectations of the role. You will have the opportunity to work with ongoing business, which means there will be casual shifts available throughout the year, with schedules provided in advance. In this position, you will be expected to meet sampling targets and effectively communicate with consumers to influence their purchasing decisions. Your ability to work independently and confidently approach customers will be key to your success as a Brand Ambassador. You will also be responsible for setting up and disassembling your sampling booth, which requires physical stamina as you will be standing for the duration of your shift, typically around six hours.
