As a Local Account Executive at XPO, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting both local and national sales efforts. In addition to direct sales activities, you will facilitate networking opportunities among various stakeholders, including Directors of Sales/Operations and Service Center Managers, to enhance customer relationships and service delivery. Collaborating with Customer Support Specialists and Customer Service Representatives will be essential to ensure effective administrative support and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to develop strong relationships both vertically and horizontally within customer organizations, sharing market insights and sales status with the local service center to identify future business opportunities.
