ABF Freight is seeking a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team in Rockford, IL. This part-time position is essential for the efficient pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, primarily within close proximity to our service center. As a Local City Driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, utilizing the same techniques, technology, and procedures as a dock worker. Responsibilities
- Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations.

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements without automatic restriction.
- Good stable work record.
- Safe driving record as verified by MVR and previous employment.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
