About the position

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service during game days and on-campus events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in a non-fast food setting.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
