About the position

The Local Market Solutions Manager, CAR-T for Johnson & Johnson is a field-based role focused on executing coordinated marketing strategies across key accounts and regional markets in the Northeast. This position is responsible for planning and executing promotional programs to enhance the cilta-cel brand, ensuring collaboration with sales leadership and market access teams, and leveraging local insights to optimize marketing efforts. The role also involves training, relationship building with local key opinion leaders (KOLs), and compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of coordinated marketing deployment across key accounts and regional markets.
  • Plan and execute promotional programs to support cilta-cel brand position.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership, key account management, and alliance partners to optimize local promotional efforts.
  • Evaluate local marketing trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategies.
  • Create sales assets based on local insights and outreach patterns.
  • Develop and operationalize channel strategy for Oncology community practice.
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics to capture field insights and assess strategy effectiveness.
  • Track and evaluate regional performance, advising on necessary corrections.
  • Lead local field training needs during the launch of CARVYKTI.
  • Facilitate workshops at National and Regional meetings to enhance learning.
  • Educate staff and community sites on affordability and economic considerations for CART treatment.
  • Support patient care and transition between sites to optimize adherence.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with Local KOLs for planning at conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with HCC and Company guidelines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Demonstrated people management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in oncology and Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
  • Track record of innovation and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies is required.
  • Excellent overall business acumen and strong analytical skills are necessary.
  • Experience in data interpretation and analytics is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on deliverables.
  • Interpersonal flexibility and advanced communication skills are required.
